Craig Presser Founder & Chairman
Craig Presser has more than fifteen years of experience in the advertising sales and media production industries. While residing in Los Angeles through the 90's, Craig compiled more than one hundred music video and commercial credits to his name.
Turning his focus toward Publishing, he founded GoodPress Publishing, which published Simply the Best Magazine, a subscription based Florida lifestyle magazine. Successfully starting the company and handling all sales and editorial content allowed the publication to garner multiple prestigious awards amongst similar publications.
Mr. Presser then turned his attention to emerging technologies within the media industry, which led him to form OOH Vision Networks, LLC, a state-of-the-art Out of Home Private Network company based in New Jersey.
Mr. Presser holds a Bachelor's Degree from Ithaca College and sits on the board of NJ Advertising Association and the Marketing Board for Federation of Monmouth. Mr. Presser is married and together they have two children.
Morten Gotterup President
Previously, Mr. Gotterup served as Senior Vice President, General Manager of Clearview Cinemas and was responsible for running the 2nd largest movie theater chain in the NY Metro market (54 theaters, 266 screens, 1400 employees and revenues of $80MM.
Mr. Gotterup was one of the original employees of MovieFone (777-FILM and moviefone.com), the nation's largest provider of showtime, movie and advanced ticketing information. MovieFone provided studios a strong, targeted advertising vehicle reaching two million moviegoers weekly. During his five years with MovieFone, Mr. Gotterup managed the relationships with all theater chains (U.S. and Canada) and developed strong movie studio relationships. In his role as VP of Advertising Sales he was one of the first individuals to sell interactive advertising to the movie studios, initially via the phone (777-FILM) and then via the internet. In 1999 MovieFone was purchased by AOL.
Mr. Gotterup graduated from St. Mary's College of California in 1989 (BA) and from Pepperdine University in 1991 (Master of International Business/MBA). He currently resides in Little Silver, NJ with his wife and three children. He is a member of the Monmouth County, NJ YMCA Board of Trustees and member of the Riverview Medical Center Board of Trustees.
Robert Goldner Chief Operating Officer
With a strong background in operations, Mr. Goldner has successfully brought a multitude of products to market, directing every integral component of each product's life-span; from product inception to design flow to the implementation of key operational systems, and every step in-between.
Beginning in 2000, Mr. Goldner served as Director of Product Development and Marketing for Cenuco, Inc., heading a think-tank of experts in the wireless application development field. Mr. Goldner's expertise has leant to the development of cutting-edge B2B, SME, and consumer products within the wireless space; specifically in wireless corporate training (for AIG internal sales force training), wireless database-driven applications (such as the Real-estate Pipeline – bringing real-time MLS data to some of the United States' largest real-estate markets), and wireless security products (such as MommyTrack – enabling real-time wireless monitoring over cellular phones).
Mr. Goldner holds a Bachelor's Degree from Florida Atlantic University.
David Ferrante Vice President of Finance
David Ferrante has over 13 years of experience in the fields of finance and accounting. Previously, Mr. Ferrante served in the accounting and audit department at Amper, Politziner & Mattia, a regional CPA firm and the 9th leading public accounting firm in the country. In this capacity, Mr. Ferrante performed financial audit and assurance services for public and private companies, including internal control audits as mandated by Sarbanes-Oxley.
Prior to Amper, Mr. Ferrante served as Director of Finance for Clearview Cinemas, the 2nd largest movie theater chain in the NY Metro market and a subsidiary of Cablevision Corporation. During his 6+ years at Clearview, Mr. Ferrante was responsible for the Company's internal reporting, financial and strategic planning, and special projects.
Mr. Ferrante began his career with AT&T as a financial analyst. He holds Bachelor's Degrees in Finance and Economics from Rutgers College and a Master's Degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University.
